The Millennial Women's Leadership Workshop

Research shows that women are less likely to apply for leadership positions even whilst having the full qualifications and beyond necessary experience.

In a recent study carried out by Empower Beyond Boundaries, we found that 95% of women aged 18-35 who we interviewed, highlighted that they feel that are lacking knowledge of and practical application of leadership skills.

This workshop has been devised specially to provide women with access to the training, knowledge and awareness they need when it comes to acquiring leadership skills and qualities in their professional and personal lives.
